HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) has launched a tender for a beauty and wellness services concession at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).
The winning bidder will operate a 2,443sq ft business in Terminal 1’s airside Departure West Hall on Level 6.
The opportunity is unrelated to the perfumes & cosmetics concession held by The Shilla Duty Free, trading as Beauty&You. It is for services such as massage, haircuts and manicures. No sale of perfumes & cosmetics products is allowed.
AAHK described the tender as an “extraordinary business opportunity in a premier location”.
Bids close on 9 April at 4:00pm Hong Kong time.
The tender documents are available for download at AAHK’s electronic tendering system – ePROS website.
Potential bidders must hold a valid registered account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (US$642) to access the documents.
Interested parties are invited to submit their applications before 25 February, 4pm (Hong Kong time). ✈
