Al Nassma moves into new markets with Gebr Heinemann tie-up

Premium camel milk chocolate brand Al Nassma is set to strengthen its presence in the global travel retail channel through Gebr Heinemann.

Al Nassma products are now available at Vienna, Istanbul and Monastir international airports. The brand is also retailing with cruise operator MSC Cruises, one of the largest cruise operators in the world. Further points of sale are planned for this year.

Al Nassma Chocolate Director of Sales Patrick Dorais said: “This collaboration with Gebr Heinemann is an important milestone for us. Partnering with them gives us the opportunity to now enter new markets and to grow from a local brand into an internationally meaningful player.”

Gebr Heinemann Purchase Director Tobacco and Confectionery Rüdiger Stelkens added: “The confectionery segment is one of the strongest categories in travel retail and we believe it is important to constantly innovate and re-invent ourselves. Being different, unusual and exciting: those are the criteria we are looking for. Al Nassma is fulfilling this benchmark perfectly.”
