SPAIN. Aldeasa is aiming to inject a Spanish flavour at Alicante, Barcelona, Málaga and Palma de Mallorca airport shops over the summer months with live music and dance performances.
Flamenco dancers and a saxophonist will give live performances at Barcelona and Málaga airport shops, and bailaores will dance at the Alicante and Palma de Mallorca airport shops.
Artists will also interact with the public, inviting shoppers to taste some featured products in the stores.
The new marketing activity forms part of Aldeasa’s “˜Shopping Experience’ initiative, which aims to enhance passengers’ enjoyment at the airport and drive spending, while also promoting local artists and products.
