Amber Beverage Group names Jak Tim Lee as Regional Commercial Director for APAC

A spirits industry expert, Jak Tim Lee has previously worked in sales and marketing roles for several global brands.

Amber Beverage Group (ABG) has named Jak Tim Lee as Regional Commercial Director for Asia and Pacific, a newly created role in the company’s International Sales Department.

Lee is an experienced sales and marketing professional who helped lead the commercial success of several international brands in Asia Pacific.

He previously served as the Regional Manager for APAC at Proximo Spirits where he was responsible for brands including Jose Cuervo,1800 Tequila, Bushmills Irish Whiskey, Kraken Rum and others.

Prior to that, he worked for more than eight years at LVMH managing luxury and lifestyle brands. He also spent four years at Carlsberg Group.

Amber Beverage Group Chief Global Sales Officer Vangelis Smyrlis said: “Jak is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with experience working on several global brands. He is a great fit for our international sales team, and I welcome him to our ambitious Group. He is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in the Asia and Pacific area as well as being a spirits industry expert.”

His appointment follows another senior promotion announced by the company last week, with Claire Li appointed as Global Brand Director for Vodkas.
