Angelini Beauty set to present new fragrances in Cannes

Italian group Angelini Beauty (incorporating ITF and Idesa Parfums) will present several new fragrances, from brands Blumarine, Trussardi and Pomellato, at next month’s TFWA Tax Free World Exhibition in Cannes (Riviera Village: RD9 and RG6).

New from Blumarine Parfums is the feminine fragrance Anna, which was presented to the trade at the TFWA Tax Free Asia Pacific show in May.

Black Extreme is the latest masculine scent from the house of Trussardi. Targeted at the “modern man seeking strong sensations”, the juice – composed by Aurélian Guichard – opens on top notes of lemon, galbanum, cypress and a marine accord, building to a heart of plum, iris and violet. The base blends patchouli, vetiver and leather. In line with the name, the flacon is an opaque black, embossed with gold lettering.

The ad campaign features Tomaso Trussardi, a member of the eponymous family and CEO of Trussardi Group’s fashion business. He is depicted seated, wearing black, in a visual shot by photographers VanMossevelde+N.

Trussardi Black Extreme is available as a 30ml, 50ml and 100ml edt spray.

New from Pomellato Parfums is Pomellato 67 Artemesia. The number is described as “emblematic” by the brand; artemesia (a fresh Mediterranean essence named after Artemis, the goddess of the hunt) is the dominant note. Other key ingredients include lemon, mint, neroli, absinth, jasmine, violet, woods, patchouli and vetiver. The juice was composed by Annick Menardo.

The new fragrance offerings from Italian jewellery house Pomellato

The unisex fragrance is presented in an oval-shaped glass flacon that reveals the aqua-green juice within, topped with a silver zamak cap. The full product line-up includes a 30ml, 50ml and 100ml edt spray, a 200ml body lotion and a 200ml shower gel. The ad campaign entices consumers to “Make 67 Your Number”.

Pomellato Nudo Intense is a collection of three 90ml edp fragrances which represent different moods, and are designed to evoke the brand’s famous Nudo rings. Each scent has a different colour scheme, which is reflected in the packaging, ingredients and the name.

Pomellato Nudo Amber Intense – also composed by Guichard – features top notes of orange flower absolute and rose essence, a heart of amber and jasmine, and a base of ambrox, musk, vanilla and patchouli.

Pomellato Nudo Blue Intense – created by nose Cécile Matton – opens on top notes of bamboo, blackcurrant, orange and blueberry, atop a floral heart of peony, magnolia, orris, blue orchid and forget-me-not. The dry-down includes white musk, heliotrope and woods.

Pink grapefruit, peach, bergamot and black pepper are among the head notes for Pomellato Nudo Rose Intense. The heart features rose, lily of the valley, heliotrope and magnolia; the base white musk, cedar wood, sandalwood and orris. The juice was also composed by Matton.
