Aramis and Designer Fragrances unveils debut Coach fragrance

US. Aramis and Designer Fragrances has begun rolling out into travel retail the debut feminine fragrance from the house of Coach. On-counter now in selected doors throughout Asia-Pacific and the Americas, the scent will be launched in the Middle East in Spring 2011.

Coach was founded in Manhattan in 1941 as a family-run workshop that produced a handcrafted collection of leather goods. Today, the company aims to offer original American attitude and design; fine leather goods and custom fabrics; superior product quality and durability; and a commitment to customer service.

The Coach portfolio has been expanded to incorporate handbags, business cases, luggage and travel accessories, wallets, outerwear, eyewear, gloves, scarves and fine jewellery. Together with licensing partners, it also offers watches, footwear and office furniture bearing the Coach brand name.

There are currently over 400 Coach stores in the US and Canada. In addition, Coach has built a strong presence in the US through Coach boutiques located within select department stores and specialty retailer locations, and has an online store at www.coach.com.

The Coach cent is said to embody the many personalities of the Coach woman: it is described as timeless, chic and sophisticated. The juice is “classically inspired” with a blend of soft florals. The head features green mandarin, guava, violet petals and water lily, building to a heart of honey, orange flower, mimosa and jasmine. The base is a blend of sandalwood and amber wood.

The fragrance flacon references Coach’s signature design and decorative lozenge.
