LATIN AMERICA. ASUTIL (Asociación Sudamericana de Tiendas Libres) has set Friday 20 March as the date for registrations for exhibitor stands at its annual conference.
ASUTIL makes only a limited number of stands available for each of its conferences.
In recent years these have been oversubscribed, with all available space booked within hours of registrations opening.
This year’s conference takes place from 3–6 June at the Westin Playa Bonita hotel just outside Panama City.
The spaces will be made available from midday Uruguay time on 20 March, and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Interested parties will first have to complete the online stand form at http://conferencia.asutil.org
A confirmation email will be sent once the form is lodged, and exhibitors will then need to send the stand registration credit card form either by fax to (598) 2628-2643 or by email to Inés Sisto Patron.
Once the request is processed, those who have registered successfully will be contacted to confirm that the reservation process has been fulfilled.
