Athens International Airport launches currency exchange tender

GREECE. Athens International Airport has launched a tender for the operation of currency exchange services concessions.

The 15 concessions are included in one tender package. It contains the following separate concessions:

Concession A – one concession for seven units in various locations in baggage reclaim and the departures and arrivals areas of the main terminal building and the satellite terminal building.

Some 21.7 million passengers passed through Athens International Airport in 2017.

Concession B – one concession for eight units in various locations in baggage reclaim and the departures and arrivals areas of the main terminal building.

Combined Concession A and B – including all 15 units.

Interested parties must have experience of operating a chain of at least five currency exchange outlets abroad or in Greece (or both) for a minimum of five years.
