HONG KONG, CHINA. Avolta and Mass Transit Railway (MTR), which operate the Hong Kong Duty Free Store and high-speed rail link in West Kowloon respectively, jointly celebrated the store and railway link’s fifth anniversary on 23 September.

To celebrate the milestone, Hong Kong Duty Free launched a range of offers, souvenirs and prize draws. The first customer of the day was gifted a special hamper.

As the anniversary occurred right before the Mid-Autumn Festival (A traditional harvest festival celebrated in Chinese culture which is also called ‘Moon Festival’ or ‘Mooncake Festival’ –Ed), the hamper was filled with mooncakes, wines and other delicacies.

All customers received a complimentary chocolate souvenir and could take selfies in a special photo zone. They were also able to participate in a Summer Lucky Draw for the chance to win luxury skincare products, cosmetics, coupons and a smartphone.
