CARIBBEAN. Avolta has officially opened its new duty-free store at Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport.
Alongside an extensive array of international brands, the Martinique Duty Free store carries a strong localised offer comprising rums, gastronomy products, chocolates, spices, perfumes, leathergoods and jewellery.
The regional offer “highlights the richness of Martinique, its production and its terroir” said Avolta subsidiary Dufry France in a LinkedIn post.

Attending the opening were Avolta CEO Northern, Central and Eastern Europe Walter Seib, alongside regional chiefs Mauro Lovascio and Christophe Ricard.
The company has operated the business at the airport since 2011, winning a fresh contract in 2021 that included additional space in an extension to the terminal.
