Avolta unveils new brand Café Espresso at Kuala Lumpur International Airport

MALAYSIA. Travel experience player Avolta has rolled out a new name in its food & beverage portfolio, Café Espresso, at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (KLIA2).

The venue – which offers dine-in and to-go options – follows the success of similar concepts at airports in Jakarta, Cairns and Bali under the Espresso Bar name. It becomes Avolta’s 21st location in Malaysia.

The new name in the Avolta portfolio is conveniently located in a busy gate area in Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2

Avolta said the new venue “further solidifies our presence in one of the most vibrant business and touristic hubs of Southeast Asia”.

With service from baristas, the store’s diverse food menu features an array of local and international dishes, including freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, salads and sweet desserts, as well as local favourites such as Nasi Lemak and Mee Hoon Siam. The drinks menu includes a wide variety of coffee options and fresh fruit juices.

Café Espresso is strategically positioned in the high passenger flow area of Gate P in the airside KLIA2 International Departure Level, a bustling hub for low-cost carriers.

Avolta General Manager Malaysia Sachi Subramaniam said: “Quick, convenient and bursting with flavour – come and experience the ultimate coffee indulgence at Café Espresso. We are delighted with the opening of our newest outlet at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and thank our partners at Malaysia Airports for the trust and continued collaboration at this exciting location.

“We are committed to making passengers’ journeys happy and providing exceptional service and quality to all our customers. Café Espresso is a must-visit pit stop.” ‍
