Bahrain Duty Free recently recognised the achievements of hard working staff with a service awards presentation |
BAHRAIN. Leading travel retailer Bahrain Duty Free has underlined the vital role of staff with a special awards presentation for employees with excellent performance and customer service records. It also recognised those with a clean record of attendance during the last quarter of 2008.
The awards are part of its continuing effort to encourage and motivate staff, the retailer said.
The Customer Service Award was won by Fatima Salman with the Best Attendance Award going to Monika James.
Bahrain Duty Free Head of Human Resources Adel Redha said: “Bahrain Duty Free attaches great importance to human resources; it is the most important factor in achieving goals and improving productivity.”
Redha went on to praise the outstanding efforts of Bahrain Duty Free employees. He urged staff to further improve their performance and to strive to achieve their potential.
