GERMANY. The new Eye Base from German cosmestics brand Beyu Cosmetics and More improves the duralibility of the eyeshadow, acting as a base which prevents colours from settling in the fold of the lid.
It also contains Vitamin E and bisabolol to soothe and protect the eye areas. The base comes in a tube with a cannula applicator for easy use.
The Eye Base retails at €6.80 (US$ US$8.22).
