
CHINA (MACAU). L’Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific and DFS Group have partnered to host the ultra-premium ‘Black Bandage Discovery’ Helena Rubinstein VIP event in Macau. The event ran from 3-5 April at the DFS Prestige Lounge at T Galleria by DFS in The Shoppes at Four Seasons Hotel.
The elegant event welcomed 100 DFS Group VIP members and reimagined the luxury beauty shopping journey through a series of exclusive, premium and personalised digital experiences.
The VIP experience began with a welcome from personal greeters followed by a visit to the Laclinic Laboratory, which showcased Helena Rubinstein’s 4 Re-Plasty signature prescriptions and Night Cream.


The Re-Plasty Night Cream is a bandage-like solution that targets four different skin concerns. It was co-developed with Laclinic-Montreaux and is also known as ‘The Black Bandage.’
To highlight Helena Rubinstein’s latest beauty and technology innovations, guests also received in-depth skin consultations with the brand’s skin biometric analyser. The tool combines 12 years of R&D and was developed based on 80,000 different skin profiles. The skin biometric analyser provided the VIPS with predictive analysis and personalised night-time skincare recommendations.
The journey continued with a 20-minute DIY scent diffuser masterclass, followed by a ten-minute hand massage. Guests finished the luxury beauty experience by receiving a personalised engraved candle to commemorate their journey.


As an added O2O element, the exclusive Black Bandage Recovery VIP experience was brought online with the launch of a dedicated website where guests could purchase the Re-Plasty Age Recovery Night Cream.
