USA. Bobby’s Burger Palace has opened a restaurant at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The new Concourse B outlet is a fast-casual restaurant concept, created by renowned Chef Bobby Flay, and a joint venture between Concessions International (CI) and H&H Hospitality. It is the first Bobby’s Burger Palace to open in Georgia.

The menu features a range of gourmet burgers; milkshakes; and side dishes including hand-cut fries, sweet potato fries and buttermilk onion rings.
Burger favourites include the Crunchburger topped with American cheese and potato chips; the Green Chili Cheeseburger with Queso sauce, roasted green chilies and pickled red onions; and the Brunch Burger, which features bacon, American cheese, and a fried egg.
All burgers can be prepared with patties of Certified Angus Beef or ground turkey, or as a chicken breast sandwich. The menu also offers a Veggie Burger, a Griddled Cheese sandwich and a Chopped Crunch Salad for non-meat eaters.

Chef Bobby Flay said: “I created Bobby’s Burger Palace with the hope of bringing quality and affordable burgers to everyone. With our newest location at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, I’m thrilled to feed people from around the world as they make their way through the busiest airport on earth.”
Bobby’s Burger Palace design features include bold orange and red colours and “serpentine” lighting. The outlet offers a to-go counter, breakfast, a full bar, and a variety of seating options.

CI Chief Executive Donata Russell Ross commented: “Bobby Flay is a restaurant icon and we are very pleased to bring his brand to guests dining at Hartsfield-Jackson. Bobby puts his own unique spin on burgers at Bobby’s Burger Palace and we can’t wait for travellers to try his gourmet burgers while traveling through Atlanta.”
Flay was present at the outlet’s grand opening on 23 October, along with Bobby’s Burger Palace Managing Partner Laurence Kretchmer, CI Operating Partner Charles Bluemle, and city of Atlanta and airport officials.
Guests were treated to live music and giveaways and had the opportunity to meet the well-known chef. Signed copies of Flay’s popular cookbook Burger Fries & Shakes, which features a number of Bobby’s Burger Palace recipes, were available for purchase.
