Bravo Handbags ties up with Aerovia Group to boost travel retail presence

US handbag and accessories brand Bravo Handbags has sealed a representation agreement with duty free supplier Aerovia Group.

Bravo Handbags will introduce its range of enamel-coated calf skin leather bags during one-to-one meetings at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes. Bravo said its bags are handmade in the USA using Italian leathers.

Handmade in the USA: Bravo Handbags will present its colourful creations at Cannes.

As reported, Bravo Handbags was founded in 2000 by Terry Smith, who invented a process of enamelling lightweight calfskin leather. During this process the leathers are dyed and embossed with prints and then sprayed with acrylic enamel paint.

Bravo Handbags claims the leathers will not crack, scratch, mark or discolour under normal use. Its Beverly Hills Collection bags and wallets are RFID proof.

The brand will also highlight a new line of sunglasses, which feature technology to prevent breakage, at Cannes.
