Aged in oak, Camus XO is said to offer a rich and complex palette of aromas including fruity, spicy and gourmet notes, before developing into a long-lasting floral finish. Camus XO Borderies is priced at €139 for 70cl, €229 for 1-litre and €340 for a 1.5 litre bottle.
Each year, a new batch of numbered Borderies VSOP bottles is released. The 2015 edition is said to provide fresh and tasty notes of vanilla pods and orange peel, with a hint of sweet and floral spice. The recommended price point for the VSOP 2015 edition is €47 for 70cl and €64 for 1-litre.
Finally, Rarissimes Borderies 2004 is said to be the result of the Cellar Master’s aim to create the only Borderies vintage on the market. According to Camus, the exceptional weather conditions that year allowed for a harvest which captured the aroma, finesse, and personality of a 100% Ugni Blanc wine distilled on fine lees. Rarissimes Borderies 2004 is retailing at €490 for a 70cl bottle.
