AUSTRIA. Royal Capi-Lux, the airport retail brand of B&S Group, has expanded its presence at Vienna Airport with a second electronics store. The new counter store is located at Gate G in the non-Schengen area of the airport, joining the existing store in Terminal 3.
Capi ran exclusive promotions for the official opening on 27 June. The product mix is tailored to travellers’ buying profiles and features the latest consumer tech on The Gadget Table and selected items in the Special Offer bins.
“Vienna Airport is the hub in the heart of Europe and therefore an important location for us,” Royal Capi-Lux Managing Director Peter Wiggers said.
“We are happy to further increase our international presence by adding this counter store to our portfolio. Thanks to the strong relation[ship] with the airport, Capi’s presence can grow even further by opening another store later this year at Vienna Airport.”
Vienna Airport reported annual passenger growth of 25% from January to May 2019.
