Carolina Herrera merges tradition with modernity in new scent

Puig has added new fragrance CH Privée to the Carolina Herrera line. CH Privée is rolling out this month to travel retail Europe and will be available in travel retail Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East in March.

CH Privée is described as a “celebration of the enigma of femininity and love as the most unpredictable of forces”. The fragrance, created by Carolina Herrera Creative Director Carolina Herrera de Baez and Master Perfumer Dominique Ropion, is said to take the brand’s signature elements to a new level.

The perfume is inspired by the most sensuous side of CH Carolina Herrera

The scent, which has a “deep bond with fashion”, merges traditional ingredients with the most modern fragrance development techniques. It features a combination of rare notes: Osmanthus absolute wrapped in vanilla caviar and touches of forest-floor patchouli linked to a red leather accord.

Ropion said: “Starting from the duality between luxury and sensuality, we wanted to build a powerfully feminine fragrance able to showcase the extraordinary quality of all the ingredients in its composition.”
