FAB Awards: Airport Food to Go Offer of the Year finalists revealed
Today The Moodie Davitt Report is delighted to reveal the finalists in an all-important category for any domestic or international gateway – FAB Airport Food to Go Offer of the Year.
“I would contend that it is airport food courts/halls that most make or break an airport’s reputation for the quality vs value relationship and for caring about the travelling consumer,” says FAB Founder Martin Moodie.

Some outstanding examples from all regions, including an encouraging representation from the fast-emerging Saudi market, underlines how the quality bar has been consistently raised around the airport world.
This category attracted a record number of entries, by far the highest in FAB 2025. That represents an important statement in terms of the importance airports and their commercial partners rightly place on reflecting local cuisine and culture.

“It’s wonderful to see our focus on sustainability, technology, art, and passenger experience come to life on screen. This is a great way to share the spirit of Bengaluru with the world – even with those who are yet to visit our airport,” says Bangalore International Airport Limited Managing Director and CEO Hari Marar.
By the end of 2025, the terminal will be expanded further to cover 270,000sq m, providing capacity for up to 40 million passengers a year.
The White Paper will form the basis of a presentation and discussion at the Australian Airports Association Retail & Commercial Forum in Sydney in July.
Sydney Airport has set a new record for international passenger traffic in the first quarter, welcoming 4.32 million international travellers, an increase of +3.9% year-on-year.
