SWITZERLAND. The award-winning, SSP-run Center Bar at Zürich Airport will be enhanced with the addition of a wide range of food items from the Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar assortment.
Zürich Airport Senior Vice President Commercial Patrick Graf said: “The cooperation between SSP and Caviar House will be visible on the menu, partly by table top branding as well as part of the Center Bar branding itself which will show “˜in cooperation with Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar as a sub-line.
“The cooperation, however, will not have any effect on the layout and design of the current Center Bar concept.”
Caviar House & Prunier Chairman Peter Rebeiz welcomed the initiative, describing Center Bar as an “iconic food & beverage unit”.
