INDIA. Central Tiffin Room (CTR) has opened its doors in Kempegowda International Airport Terminal 2.
CTR offers a variety of traditional South Indian dishes, including idlis, vadas and filter coffee, catering to breakfast and lunch diners. It is known for its Benne Masala Dosa – a crisp buttery spiced potato sagu dish accompanied by a red chilli and coconut chutney.
Commenting on the opening via LinkedIn, VTP Lounge Hospitality CEO Pavan P G said: “As Bengaluru continues to grow as a hub for technology, culture and global connections, we are excited to bring this beloved brand to Kempegowda International Airport, a true reflection of the city’s progress.
“Here’s to a new chapter in the CTR legacy, offering travellers a taste of Bengaluru’s rich culinary heritage at one of the world’s most modern airports.”
