SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group (CAG) and Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) today unveiled the new SATS Premier Check-In Lounge at Changi Airport’s Terminal 2 Departure Hall.
The opening of the 97sq m lounge follows the success of the first SATS Premier Check-in Lounge in Changi Airport’s Terminal 1.
The new lounge offers premium passengers of participating airlines a hassle-free and simplified travel experience, with the exclusivity and convenience of checking in at a private lounge with direct access to the immigration area, said CAG.
This value-added service is complimentary to airlines served by SATS at Terminal 2. Presently, participating airlines include Air India, All Nippon Airways, Etihad Airways and Korean Air; with more airlines expected to come onboard.

Fitted out in shades of warm, molten brown and muted orange, the SATS Premier Check-in Lounge aims to be “a welcome respite for the discerning passenger who prefers to travel in style, privacy and comfort”, CAG added. It is equipped with eight counters.
Passengers can relax with light refreshments while being entertained with access to international TV channels and a wide range of newspapers and periodicals as they check-in.
