Chopard unveils Year of the Dragon eyewear collection

The frame is crafted with buffalo horn, offering a warm texture, while the wood conveys a “sense of wisdom”

Chopard, in partnership with eyewear specialist De Rigo Group, has launched the limited-edition exclusive Year of the Dragon eyewear collection. The menswear range is now available in travel retail.

In what has become its annual tradition since 2020, the Swiss luxury brand marks the beginning and end of each year with exclusive eyewear collections that pay tribute to Chinese culture.

The 2024 Year of the Dragon Collection represents what the brand describes as a “harmonious fusion of distinctive design and profound cultural heritage”.

Made with natural buffalo horn and precious wood, the new eyewear embodies a classic and enduring style

The Exclusive Men’s Model (VCHL38J) is a reinterpretation of Chopard’s L.U.C timepieces. Designed to embody the “elegant gentleman”, the frame is crafted with natural buffalo horn and precious wood, paired with a titanium front in a lustrous hue.

For this special Year of the Dragon collection, Chopard is offering a gift box which includes a wooden jewellery box made with traditional mortise and tenon craftsmanship.

Only the menswear range is available in travel retail, while the full collection has been released in the domestic market. ✈
