Clinique has expanded its mask portfolio with the new Pore Refining Solutions Charcoal Mask (pictured). It is being rolled out this month into the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and will be introduced to Asia Pacific from May.
The new product is said to instantly mattify and detoxify the skin of dirt and impurities. Described as gentle yet effective, the formula balances oil-absorbing clays and charcoal powder with hyaluronic acid, which together help to minimise the appearance of pores, reduce shine and leave skin feeling fresh and clean, according to Clinique.
Other key ingredients include algae extract, to control excess oil, and caffeine to leave skin feeling soft and smooth. Pore Refining Solutions Charcoal Mask is priced domestically at around US$25 for 3.4oz.
