Clinique has extended its Pore Refining Solutions collection with the Stay-Matte Hydrator, a moisturiser said to instantly mattify the skin, control excess sebum and provide day-long oil-free hydration. It was launched into travel retail in Asia Pacific and the Americas in May, and will be rolled out to Europe, the Middle East and Africa this autumn.
The multi-functional moisturiser takes a three-pronged approach to provide all-day shine control, while minimising the appearance of pores immediately and over time for fresher, younger-looking skin, the brand maintains.
Key ingredients include extract of Laminaria Saccharina, to help minimise excess sebum production; extract of Siegesbeckia Orientalis, to make the pores appear smaller and tighter; and Acetyl Glucosamine, an exfoliator that helps keep pores clear of dead surface skin cells.
The lightweight formula also contains innovative optical technology to instantly diminish the appearance of pores. Pore Refining Solutions Stay-Matte Hydrator is said to absorb quickly and help maintain skin’s equilibrium while providing just the right amount of moisture the skin needs.
