The new store raises the airport’s ’emotion per square meter’, according to airport authority ANA. |
Lisbon airport authority ANA Aeroportos de Portugal said: “This new space corresponds to the differentiating indicator that ANA has developed in its airport retail strategy known as “emotion per square meter”, which is reflected in how ANA and its partners have been able to constantly involve, entertain, teach and surprise consumers with new concepts and exclusive products and services at the airport.”
In 2011 ANA launched the Flight 555 retail strategy to develop five key concepts at five main Portuguese airports over the next five years.
The five key concepts: area, layout, design and Sense of Place; passenger experience concepts; tenant mix and product mix; marketing, communication and branding; and concession management.
