Davidoff adds spicy addition to The Griffin’s Nicaragua line

Davidoff has released a line extension of The Griffin’s Nicaraguan line, said to appeal to customers who prefer a fuller bodied taste profile.

The new Toro format includes a blend of Nicaraguan, Dominican and Honduran tobaccos with a Nicaraguan bittersweet stimulation. The cigars are said to deliver a spiciness and notes of bitter chocolate, chili, oak wood and a creamy aftertaste.

The Griffin’s Toro format cigars come with a black main ring with the Griffin hot foiled in chili red to match the darker colour of the wrapper.

The Griffin’s Toro boxes of 25 cigars and packs of four cigars will be available from September at selected tobacco retailers.

“After the huge success of The Griffin’s Nicaragua line, our tobacco masters selected the Toro format to spice up aficionados’ explorations and take them on an exciting flavour journey. Each format in the series will delve into the spicier side of life,” said Oettinger Davidoff Senior Vice President Global Marketing & Innovation Charles Awad.
