Delaware North seals new ten-year F&B contract at Boise Airport

USA. Global hospitality and entertainment company Delaware North has renewed its contract to deliver the food & beverage programme at Boise Airport in Idaho. The offer will be expanded with a mixture of national brands and Idaho-inspired concepts.

The contract duration is for ten years, extending the concessionaire/airport partnership to 20 years.

Delaware North said it will “ensure every meal, moment, detail and dwell time is a celebration of what makes Boise a city for everyone”.

Pre-security

Treefort Food + Drink will be a full-service restaurant/bar inspired by the locally owned and operated Treefort Music Fest and Treefort Music Hall.

Flying M To Go will serve Flying M’s locally roasted coffee, a variety of breakfast options and a selection of freshly made sandwiches.

Centre core

Bardenay is a Boise-inspired concept from the USA’s first restaurant to be granted a distillery license. Within the Bardenay footprint will be a climate-controlled exhibit case curated in partnership with the Boise Art Museum.

Delaware North said this exhibit will directly support the airport’s Arts Master Plan and its goal to create memorable moments that add comfort, inspiration and beauty to the traveller experience.

The STIL Scoops, Pints & Pours crafts small-batch ice cream from Idaho milk and cream. Standing for ‘the Sweetest Things In Life’, the STIL offer includes vegan ice cream varieties made from coconut cream as well as ice cream with alcohol content. Ice cream lovers can pair their favourite scoop with a curated selection of local beers and wines.

Waffle Me Up is a family-owned Boise breakfast and lunch destination that specialises in handcrafted Belgian-style Liège waffles. The brand began life on a food truck in 2016.

Blue Sky Bagels is a local chain specialising in handcrafted bagels, cream cheese spreads and simple café fare. Founded by Mark Hansen, a Boise native with a passion for baking and community, the brand started in 2002 with a downtown shop before demand led to the opening of three additional locations.

The new centre core F&B line-up is completed by national and international brands Starbucks, Protein Bar & Kitchen, Pizza Hut and Wendy’s.

Concourse B

Flying M Coffee will offer breakfast options, sandwiches, overnight oats, avocado toast, loaded burritos, salads and desserts.

The Idaho Tap House will be a full-service restaurant and bar that celebrates Idaho’s thriving craft beer scene. This concept is a culmination of Delaware’s partnership with Idaho Brewers United, a trade organisation representing craft breweries across the Gem State.

The Idaho Tap House will deliver a rotating selection of local craft brewers’ best creations from Woodland Empire Ale Craft’s IPA to White Dog Brewing’s Pilsner.

Concourse C

Form + Function, a Boise brand owned by Scott and Kate Seward, will be a café serving coffee house classics, with the aim of meeting the F&B preferences of Alaskan Airlines travellers.

Turas Flights and Bites by Telaya Wine Co. is a wine bar offering a taste of Boise’s urban wineries paired with Basque-inspired small plates.  ‍
