Departure Media lands exclusive advertising contract at Des Moines Airport, Iowa

USA. Airport advertising specialist Departure Media has secured an exclusive advertising agreement with Des Moines International Airport in Iowa.

The firm is now managing the design, implementation, sales and maintenance of the advertising programme across the airport terminal. 

This collaboration marks Departure Media’s debut in the Iowa market as the company expands its presence in the Midwest.

Its other clients in the region include Kansas City International, Peoria International, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International and Dayton International airports.

Departure Media aims to create more opportunities for local and regional advertisers as part of its advertising programme which launched in November 2023. 

Shortly after beginning the official contract with Des Moines International, the Departure Media team updated advertising inventory – including digital displays and introduced tailored campaigns to highlight local festivals and conferences.

The out-of-home advertising company has welcomed eight new advertisers and renewed contracts with all existing advertisers.
