FRANCE. French hair and beauty specialist Dessange is presenting its new range at the TFWA World Exhibition at Cannes (Red Village L29).
The company will show three major international launches:
– Dessange luxury haircare collection aimed at selective markets. The international launch date is 1 November 2005. Inspired by the extensive treatments offered in the prestigious Dessange salons worldwide, the Dessange Paris Luxury Haircare Collection targets different scalp and hair types. The collection incorporates clays, essential oils, marine and botanical extracts which work together to offer essential nutrients for all scalps and hair types. Dessange is introducing 24 new products combining natural active ingredients. To clarify the product choice, the line is organised around four colours matching five specific hair needs.
– Dessange eau de parfum 50ml: The international launch date is 15 October 2005. The fruity floral fragrance is presented in a slender glass; its transparency highlights the delicate violet-tinted juice. The box is soft violet in colour with sparkling silver hints. Recommended retail price is €40.
– Dessange Fall/Winter make-up collection 2005: Glam Barock collection. Launch date is 1 September 2005.
For eyes, the company offers Subtil Regard, a powdery cream eyeshadow in a tube in four shades: ivory, honey, pink and green. The product, which can be combined with Dessange powder eyeshadows to create a glazed effect on the eyelid, contains skin-softening cucumber and aloe extracts. Shades can be mixed and matched on tanned or fair skin. It is presented in a black graphic aluminum tube in a folding carton. Recommended domestic retail price is €15.50.
Hyperbolic Mascara is a curling mascara available in black and plum colours. The rich cream mascara helps reshape the curl of the lashes, which are said to look longer and curved. The cylinder brush is designed to ensure curling action, separating each eyelash and evenly dispensing colour. The product contains acacia gum, candelilla wax, rice extract and panthenol to nourish and protect. It comes in a brushed-gold case in a folding carton. Recommended domestic retail price is €17.50.
For lips, Perpetual Color is a long-wearing lipstick and top-coat gloss duo, offered in four shades: Baroc, Gotic, Rococo and Neo classic. The new-generation, long-wearing lipstick is said to be ultra-shiny with pearlescent particles for maximum sheen. The product is presented in a gold-banded tube with transparent compartments, tucked into a folding carton. Colour is applied with a foam applicator and gloss with a brush. Recommended domestic retail price is €23.
The Glam Barock make-up collection is available from September 2005.
