MALAYSIA. DFASS (Singapore) announced today that it has commenced full inflight duty free concessions with AirAsia and AirAsiaX.
“This represents a major step forward for our business in the region,” stated DFASS (Singapore) President John Garner.
“We have been operating from our Singapore base for more than four years and our expertise from marketing, technological and operational perspectives is clearly being recognised.
“The AirAsia group are an exciting and fast-paced business and we are already delivering an outstanding, topical product range and new marketing materials to passengers onboard these two airlines. Their growth plans are ambitious and we look forward to helping them achieve their objectives from retail activities.”

Air Asia is the largest low-cost carrier in Asia and has more than 120 aircraft on order. Air AsiaX, also operating from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, is a long-haul budget carrier.
