MACAU, CHINA. DFS Group celebrated the reopening of T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Galaxy Macau with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and VIP event on 18 November.
The striking beauty space is located within The Promenade Shops at Galaxy Macau, a luxury shopping destination spread across 100,000sq m and featuring more than 200 world-renowned luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Galaxy Macau offers more than 70 brands across skincare, makeup, fragrances and haircare including some of the biggest names in premium skincare and fragrances. The Beauty Collective corner in the store offers an exciting line-up of new beauty brands such as EviDenS de Beauté, Malin+Goetz and Farmacy Beauty.
A dedicated haircare corner is a standout feature of The Beauty Collective and features an array of DFS Group-exclusive haircare brands such as Davines, Christophe Robin and Philip B.
To offer an elevated skincare experience, the store features five luxury treatment cabins from La Prairie, Valmont’s only spa location in Macau and DFS Group’s renowned Beauty Concierge. At the concierge, visitors can enjoy personalised beauty services such as Meitu Eve, a skin analysis service complete with bespoke treatment recommendations.
Notably, the store is described as DFS Group’s most digitally driven to date and has been equipped with mobile points of sales (POS) which expedite the checkout experience. It also offers DFS Group’s first-ever livestreaming studio and a new AR Beauty Bar experience, powered by the Meitu Magic Mirror.
A multi-sensorial Holiday Garden pop-up is a standout feature. The animation takes shoppers on a journey to discover the latest beauty brands and products in-store by engaging their sight, smell and touch. An exciting line-up of creative workshops will run throughout November and December at the pop-up alongside a photo wall and other surprises.
The glamorous opening event was attended by brand and media partners, KOLs and VIP guests. The event featured a traditional lion dance performance and store tours to bring DFS’s new retail store experience to life.
T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Galaxy Macau marks the first green store in the DFS network in line with the LVMH Initiatives For the Environment (LIFE) programme. The boutique reduces carbon emissions and was built with sustainable materials. It has been fitted with low-energy consuming appliances, with all energy and water consumption fully traceable. Innovative lighting solutions have been adopted to further reduce energy-use, with more than half of all lighting fixtures made using eco-design principles.
More than 50% of all furniture and fittings were sourced from recycled materials and more than 80% of the wood used in-store was produced with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood. Over 80% of all construction waste was recycled.

To celebrate the opening, visitors to the T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Galaxy Macau will receive a complimentary door gift until 30 November.
Shoppers can also enjoy welcome food and drinks and complimentary makeup services every Friday and Saturday until the end of the month as well as exclusive gifts from DFS Group partner brands.
