Jay Frame: Key mentoring role for young women in Hong Kong

HONG KONG. DFS Group Global Vice President of Corporate Communications Jay Frame has been selected as a mentor for the 2020-2021 cohort of The Women’s Foundation (TWF) Mentoring Program for Women Leaders.

Frame is one of 50 successful senior women executives who will be matched with aspiring female protégés as part of TWF’s work to empower girls and women in Hong Kong.

“DFS is proud to support TWF in line with its own commitment to a diverse workforce and to developing more female leaders,” the company said.

“I’m truly honoured to join this programme and support some of the many talented younger women navigating their own careers in Hong Kong,” Frame said in a social media post.

She notes: “Despite all the progress we’ve made for women, we are nowhere close to having our fair share of the leadership roles in any country, in any government, in any industry in the world. I think it’s groups like yours, The Women’s Foundation, which are going to help us reach equality.”]
