Doug Bagley, Managing Director of Diageo Global Travel and Middle East (GTME), today announced two appointments to his senior leadership team.
Dayalan Nayager is appointed Regional Director, GTME Europe effective 1 July, based in London. Nayager will lead and manage all travel retail channels for Diageo in the region and joins the business from Brandhouse in South Africa where he served as Commercial Director. He has over 12 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, having previously worked in several sales and customer marketing roles for Mars and Heinz in Africa.

Zeina Hatem is appointed Regional Director, Middle East & North Africa (MENA) effective 16 July and will be based in Dubai, UAE. She will spearhead all of Diageo’s businesses within the travel retail and domestic channels as well as Free Trade Zones across MENA.
She is currently General Manager of Innovation for Latin America and the Caribbean for Diageo, and previously worked as Marketing Director for Moët Hennessy Diageo France. She has over 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry, having held various commercial and marketing roles across the Middle East and Europe with Mars, Cadbury, Schweppes and Procter & Gamble.
