VIETNAM. Diageo Global Travel Commercial Director for APAC, MENA and India Sandra Tassilly is the latest prominent industry executive to feature in the high-profile speaker line-up at The Trinity Forum set to take place on 5-6 November in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The event, to be co-hosted by Airports Corporation of Vietnam and Imex Pan Pacific Group, is the world’s most influential travel retail and airport commercial revenues conference.
The Trinity Forum is owned by The Moodie Davitt Report and organised in partnership with Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific & Middle East and ACI World.
Notable for her efforts in propelling the Scotch whisky category, Tassilly’s career spans over 20 years in FMCG sales and marketing across different continents.
Over the past ten years, she has held key commercial roles within Diageo’s Global Travel business serving the international travel retail community, including her current position leading the company’s commercial department based in Singapore.
Tassilly said: “Trinity is a moment in the year for wider discussions which have the potential to significantly impact our travel retail world. It is the only occasion when all parties can have conversations which are not just those centring on existing commercial relationships.
“I always look forward to the panel conversations and the fresh thinking and thought-provoking commentary that emerges. I am delighted to be looking to the future of travel retail in one of those moments at this year’s event.”
As reported, The Trinity Forum promises to deliver an outstanding conference programme with a stellar line-up of speakers, including Mondelez World Travel Retail Managing Director Jaya Singh; Dubai Airports CEO Paul Griffiths; Heathrow Airport Retail Director Fraser Brown; Lagardère Travel Retail Chairman and CEO Dag Rasmussen; Avolta CEO Xavier Rossinyol; Qatar Airways Chief Retail and Hospitality Officer Thabet Musleh; and Denver International Airport Senior Vice President of Concessions Pamela Dechant.
They are joined by Concession Planning International Managing Partner Susan Gray; Adani Airports Holding Chief Executive Officer Arun Bansal; and Riyadh Airports Company Chief Commercial Officer Abdulaziz Al Asaker.
IPP Travel Retail CEO Phillip Nguyen will outline a myriad of positive developments in Vietnam within the wider travel and tourism ecosystem, with a special emphasis on the exciting new Long Thanh International Airport.
