Scent on a stick: DKNY’s Delicious Ripe Raspberry Candy Apple offers a taste of urban sweetness |
US. Aramis and Designer Fragrances has updated its DKNY Be Delicious franchise with a new trio, Delicious Candy Apples. The three new “flavours” of the Candy Apple Collection are Sweet Caramel, Ripe Raspberry and Juicy Berry.
The concept – and the packaging – offer the scent of urban sweetness, according to the brand. The Sweet Caramel version features notes of candy apple & pear, marshmallow, jasmine, violet and, of course, caramel. The Ripe Raspberry fragrance is composed of raspberry, apple, lime, peony, lily and a cola accord. Lastly, the Juicy Berry scent includes notes of blackcurrants, blackberries, pear, lychee, rose, apple blossom and sandalwood.
Each Delicious Candy Apple fragrance is packaged in the signature Be Delicious apple flacon, colour-coded by flavour, and finished with an old-fashioned stick emblazoned with the DKNY logo jutting out of the top.
The limited-edition Delicious Candy Apples Collection is available now in travel retail; each fragrance will retail domestically at around US$55.
