The Drambuie gift box set will be available exclusively in global travel retail from June and contains two variants of the Scotch whisky-based liqueur |
Drambuie has introduced an exclusive gift pack for global travel retail that will be available from next month.
The box’s design reflects the brand’s latest campaign, “˜A Taste of the Extraordinary’, which contrasts the golden tones of the liquid against the night sky.
The pack contains a 50cl bottle of Drambuie Original and Drambuie 15 with two engraved glasses. The set also includes a recipe for the Rusty Nail cocktail, which was made famous by the Rat Pack in the 1950s.
Drambuie Regional Manager for Global Travel Retail, India, Middle East, Africa & Asia Will Birkin said: “This pack is designed to celebrate two extraordinary Drambuie expressions and showcase our “˜A Taste of the Extraordinary’ creative. We’re confident that the premium look and feel of the set will guarantee on-shelf stand out and drive brand awareness within travel retail with our existing customers, while also attracting new consumers to the brand.”
Dating back over 260 years, Drambuie Original is made from a blend of aged Scotch whisky, spices and heather honey. The liqueur can be served neat, over ice or mixed to create a long cocktail.
Drambuie 15 has been crafted by Chief Blender Derek Mclnally, who selected from the Drambuie Liqueur Company’s 15-year-old Speyside malt whiskies. This version of Drambuie can be served either neat or over ice.
