Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin launches limited edition ceramic bottle with ARI

IRELAND. ARI Ireland and The Loop retail brand this week launched a global travel exclusive at Dublin Airport: a limited edition ceramic bottle for Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin.

The 70cl ceramic bottle, priced at €40 in duty free, is the first new design for the product from The Shed Distillery; Drumshanbo Gunpowder gin is known for its apothecary-style blue glass bottle.

Since its launch three years ago, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin has become Ireland’s best-selling super-premium gin and is available in 50 countries, with a growing travel retail presence. This has been spurred by its eye-catching displays at Dublin Airport, which have led to the brand being a regular best seller in the spirits category at the location.

The brand owner said the new ceramic edition would raise its profile further. It said: “The unique blue and white design, inspired by the ancient art of Asia, is a visual representation of the super-premium, authentic taste that awaits within the bottle. Intricate attention to detail, from the premium wooden closure to the embossed copper neck band and the elusive Jackalope, promises a curious journey of discovery.”
