Luxottica Travel Retail and Duty Free Americas have introduced a shop-in-shop for Ray-Ban and Oakley sunglasses at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The supplier described the 210sq ft concept, in Duty Free Americas’ main store on Concourse E, as the “most premium and eye-catching format to date” for the two brands. Luxottica reported that sales of both brands at the location have increased by more than +300% since the shop-in-shop was opened.
The concept will provide a blueprint for similar concepts at other Duty Free Americas locations. It features dedicated space for Ray-Ban’s Icon models as well as a special Polarized zone with interactive elements, including a “Magic Mirror”, and product information.
