The launch of Duty Free Online Shopping comes as the retailer aims to sustain its growth and reach its revenue target of US$167 million by the end of 2024.
DFP Chief Operating Officer Vicente Pelagio A. Angala said: “For 2024, we again accept the challenge of increasing ourselves by as much as +64%, from US$102 million to US$167 million.”
To shop at the online store, customers are invited to sign up or log in to the Duty Free Philippines Online Shop (dutyfreephilippines.com.ph).
Shoppers can browse and pick from a wide selection of products across different categories, and add their chosen items to their shopping cart.
Once they finish shopping, they can confirm the order summary and proceed to checkout.
The retailer accepts a range of payment methods including international credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as digital payment services PayPal, UnionPay and WeChat Pay.
A customer support team will be available 24/7 through Live Chat and messaging platforms Viber, WhatsApp and Messenger, as well as email.
For in-store pickup, customers can visit the Duty Free Philippines shops at NAIA Terminals 1 and 3. ✈
