Elizabeth Arden appoints Frédéric Laffort to key travel retail role

Revlon-owned Elizabeth Arden has appointed Frédéric Laffort as Vice President EMEA Prestige, Digital and Travel Retail, effective 4 September. Laffort reports to Elizabeth Arden President International Charles Waters and joins the company’s EMEA Leadership team.

Laffort brings 25 years of luxury beauty experience to his new role having previously held leadership positions in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. He has an extensive background in building business growth strategies, digital capabilities and growing brands sustainably across different channels.

Laffort has previously held leadership positions with Safilo and Procter & Gamble

Laffort has previously held roles within the professional, cosmetics and skincare units of Procter & Gamble. In this role he managed brands such as Olay, Cover Girl, Max Factor and Wella.

Before joining Elizabeth Arden, Laffort was the Senior Managing Director of Western Europe at Safilo. He also managed Safilo’s global travel retail business from 2016 to 2020.
