Elizabeth Arden has created a spa-themed pop-up lounge space in the main duty free store at Copenhagen Airport.

Running from 15 January to 15 March, the pop-up spa offers travellers a free skin Scanner consultation and analysis performed by the brand’s beauty experts. Passengers can also discover their skin’s needs with the Elizabeth Arden Scanner, a state-of-the-art device that measures skin pigmentation, texture, radiance, moisture and elasticity. Based on the results, beauty experts will recommend the perfect skincare regimen.

Customers purchasing any anti-ageing skincare product will be offered a complimentary Oxygen Blast Facial service.

Prime position: the pop-up is located in Heinemann’s ‘brandbox’ in the main duty free store

Elizabeth Arden Travel Retail Europe Business Development Director Frank Andreassen said: “It has been such a pleasure to work with Heinemann and Copenhagen Airport on this event – bringing a real trinity partnership to life. Copenhagen Airport has been so innovative in ways to drive consumer interest for the event by utilising all their social media platforms, loyalty programmes and airport screens etc to encourage travellers to step in and enjoy the high level of spa service offered.

“We have seen fantastic footfall at the event as well as solid business growth by converting browsers into shoppers. The professional skin analysis has been especially beneficial for our premium skin care brands like Prevage and Ceramide that drives the shopper’s overall basket size for Elizabeth Arden.”

Heinemann Retail Copenhagen General Manager Sören Borch added: “Our mission is to give the travellers at our Tax Free shops in Copenhagen Airport a world-class experience. We are, therefore, extremely satisfied with the additional services that we can offer to the passengers at the beginning of the year.
