Elizabeth Arden goes for gold as it updates its Ceramide collection with new anti-ageing Capsules |
US. Elizabeth Arden has extended its flagship Ceramide range with a new anti-ageing treatment, Ceramide Gold Ultra Restorative Capsules Intensive Treatment for Face and Throat. It is scheduled to go on-counter at the beginning of July.
The product is described as a luxurious and technologically advanced reformulation of the original Ceramide Time Complex Capsules, introduced in 1991.
Elizabeth Arden Executive Vice President Global Marketing and General Manager Elizabeth Park explained: “Our research and development team has developed a formula with ingredients that, when combined with our current Ceramide technology, increase the efficacy and benefits of this serum.
“These new Ceramide capsules are truly the gold standard in restorative anti-ageing.”
The capsules incorporate an exclusive CLX Complex, said to deliver restorative ceramides and essential lipids to help strengthen the skin’s barrier against the visible signs of time. It also supports natural collagen and takes the focus off lines and wrinkles for a smoother, more even toned skin, according to the company.
The product comes in the form of portable, pre-measured, single dose sealed capsules. They are fragrance-, preservative- and emulsifier-free.
Ceramide Gold Ultra Restorative Capsules Intensive Treatment for Face and Throat will retail domestically at US$68 for 60.
