UAE. Emirates Leisure Retail has upgraded Costa Coffee stores across Dubai International and Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International airports in partnership with Dubai Airports.
The revamped stores at Dubai International Airport are located across terminals 1 and 2 arrivals and departures, and multiple points within Terminal 3, including Concourse A, Concourse B, baggage claim, Skytrain and departure landside. The store at Al Maktoum International is located in the departures zone.
The Costa Coffee outlets feature updated layouts to support faster service in a high-traffic airport environment. Operating 24/7, these stores are prepared to meet increased demand during the peak summer travel season.
The refreshed shops include bright interiors, additional seating and complimentary wifi. They offer a practical space for travellers and crew to rest or work between flights.
To mark the reopening, Costa Coffee is offering a free upgrade on any barista-made drink with the purchase of a food item at its airport stores, valid from 31 July to 31 August.
Customers who join the Costa Club app will receive a free coffee following their first purchase. Existing members can continue collecting beans with each order, culminating in additional rewards.

MMI & Emirates Leisure Retail Group CEO Tyrone Reid said, “We are excited to reopen our newly upgraded stores at Dubai’s airports. Since our first opening in 2002 at DXB we’ve come a long way – expanding significantly to operate 17 stores across all terminals.
“This growth supports Costa Coffee’s ongoing regional growth plans and commitment to delivering quality coffee experiences in high-traffic, high-demand locations. This milestone proves our strong relationship with Dubai Airports and our shared commitment to putting customers first.
“These spaces not only look great, but they also allow us to serve customers quickly and more comfortably, whether they are landing, passing through, about to take off, or waiting for their loved ones.”
Dubai Airports Vice President – Commercial Concession Management Alison Macdonald said, “The refreshed Costa Coffee stores are a welcome addition to the evolving guest experience at our airports.
“The opening of the new-look outlets reflects the strength of Dubai Airports’ long-standing relationship with Emirates Leisure Retail and the Costa brand, built on a shared commitment to quality, service and innovation.
“Whether our guests are arriving, departing or simply pausing in transit, these spaces are designed to make every moment of their journey more enjoyable.”
