Interactive digital display company Epeexx is taking its first steps into travel retail with a planned launch this autumn.
The company is primarily targeting the cruise industry with its innovative digital retail display system and is currently pilot testing with selected cruise retailers.
Epeexx was founded by former salon professional Ron Razeggi and is managed in travel retail by Katherine Patch-Sleipnes of International Brand Builders.
According to Razeggi, the company’s mission is to expand retail hours and empower cruise and airport retailers to offer more brands without holding added inventory.
Epeexx’s full-service touch screen monitor enables cruise and airport passengers to shop outside of store hours at their leisure. It also allows retailers to expand their operating hours.
The solution allows for more choices and solves the logistical issue of holding stock in space-tight retail environments such as cruises. Epeexx also offers last mile fulfilment, giving passengers the convenience of having their orders delivered directly to their homes.
Epeexx’s monitors were designed to display and sell merchandise, raise brand awareness and educate cruise and airport passengers about different brands and promotions without wasting any square footage.
