Highly popular and respected industry figure Erik Thomsen has joined Nordic drinks distributor Hans Just as Commercial Director. He is based at the company’s Stockholm offices and told The Moodie Report he would be working on a number of projects, mainly outside the Nordic region.
Thomsen has been in the travel retail industry for 17 years, holding roles at Maxxium Global Travel Retail, Rémy Martin and Inflight Service before joining William Grant & Sons in 2009. There, he was Global Travel Retail Regional Manager Europe until leaving in June this year to move back to Stockholm.
Thomsen was also Vice President Commercial at TFWA, and was active in the Nordic Travel Retail Group where he has held several roles over the years, including Chairman.
