The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Sue Fox as Senior Vice President/General Manager for UK & Ireland, effective 1 January 2020. Fox will report to Group President, International Cedric Prouvé and will join the company’s global Executive Leadership Team.
Fox joins the UK & Ireland business with 25 years of experience within Estée Lauder, including several senior leadership roles. Since September 2017 she has been General Manager for Japan, where she oversaw rapid growth in speciality and online sales.
She previously led The Estée Lauder Companies’ Travel Retail EMEA operations, based in London (before Bruno Richard took charge), and was also head of the company’s South Africa affiliate for ten years. Other key roles included positions at the company’s Singapore affiliate and at its global headquarters in New York.
