Estée Lauder has unveiled its latest product innovation, the new Perfectionist Pro Rapid Brightening Treatment Fement 2 + Vitamin C Serum. It is now available in worldwide travel retail.
The ultra-lightweight serum is claimed to rapidly boost skin radiance with just one bottle by significantly reducing dark spots, sunspots, age spots, and acne marks.
The breakthrough formula features an exclusive brightening complex made with two potent ferments combined with a dose of Vitamin C to boost skin clarity, battle dullness, and prevent future dark spots.
It has been tested on a wide range of ethnicities and skin tones.
The Perfectionist Pro Rapid Brightening Treatment Ferment 2 + Vitamin C Serum is powered by systems biology research and leverages Estée Lauder’s 30+ years of fermentation expertise by utilising two 98.8% naturally-derived ferments.
The first is a molasses ferment which improves natural cell turnover and promotes an even skin tone. The second is an Estée Lauder-exclusive yeast ferment which reduces dark spots on the skin’s surface.
This is combined with the brightening and anti-ageing properties of Vitamin C, which works on the deepest layer of the skin’s surface.
The formula is also enhanced with a powerful cocktail of anti-oxidants and refinishing ingredients that prevent future dark spots and leaves skin smoother, softer, and more radiant.
The pro-inspired formula is completed through a complex fermentation process to increase its ‘bio-availability’; which makes it easier for the skin to absorb. This allows the Perfectionist Pro Rapid Brightening Treatment serum to plump the skin while providing amplified 48 hour hydration.
The company has created one composite score called The Estée Lauder Skin Clarity Index. The index represents a new and innovative way to measure skin improvement.
Through its extensive research into systems biology, Estée Lauder has determined that skin brightness and tone is the result of an amalgamation of various factors. It evaluated a wide range of skin tones and ethnicities to identify the five key parameters that contribute to ‘perfect skin’. These are radiance, even tone, texture, dark spot intensity, and dark spot contrast.
It followed this discovery by improving the clinical testing of these factors to create one composite score called The Estée Lauder Skin Clarity Index. The index represents a new and innovative way to measure skin improvement.
According to the company, the new Perfectionist Pro Rapid Brightening Treatment achieved an especially impressive score using the Skin Clarity Index. It claimed that after a clinical test of 111 women, 96% showed significant improvement after using one bottle.
It also claimed that after consumer tests on a total of 280 women of multiple ethnicities, 92% said their skin felt hydrated after using one bottle.
The consumer testing also revealed that after one week of use, 87% of women agreed that their skin looked brighter and had renewed clarity; while 96% agreed that their skin felt softer and smoother. The consumer test results also showed that after one bottle, 85% agreed their skin looked more even-toned; while 88% said their skin texture was more refined.
