PARAGUAY. Faisal Hammoud, CEO of Paraguayan duty free retailer Monalisa, has been named as Honorary Consul of France in Ciudad del Este.
The appointment, which took place on 23 May, was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of France to Paraguay Jean-Christophe Potton, Consul Lydie Bodet and Brazil Federal Senator Alvaro Dias.
